Service and Warranty


When you purchase your STÆRK tandem, you are investing in quality. However, this doesn't mean that there won't be any maintenance required. That's why STÆRK collaborates with dealers who provide service. These dealers are certified bicycle mechanics who know their trade. They will ensure your STÆRK is fully assembled and adjusted to fit you perfectly.

We recommend bringing your bike back to your dealer for its first service check after approximately 500 kilometers. The first service is crucial because new bikes may have components settling in. Stretching and play can occur, so readjustment is essential. Your bike will be brought back to top condition and lubricated during this service.

If, despite the good care, there is an issue with your STÆRK, do not hesitate to return to your dealer. They will determine whether it involves a broken or malfunctioning component that qualifies for warranty coverage.

You have a 2-year warranty on the components (excluding wear and tear parts) and an impressive 10-year warranty on the frame and folding mechanism.
